FARVIS manufacture a range of mobile boilers for various tasks.   We offer the standard range shown below and any of our boilers can be built as a 'special' and fitted with options and accessories listed elsewhere. 

ROAD TRAILER MOUNTED BOILERS

WE HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE OVER THE SAFETY AND STRENGTH OF OUR DESIGNS.  THEY ARE PROFESSIONALLY BUILT,   HEAVY DUTY UNITS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TASK OF CARRYING A BOILER AND CYLINDERS. 

Trolley boiler

    A Farvis boiler mounted on a four wheeled chassis type trolley with shielded safety gas cylinder carrier, burner and outlet tap,. drag handle and tow eye.  For general mobile use the standard  trolley boiler is an excellent choice and can be fitted with a range of options including parking brake, larger wheels for rough surfaces and longer distance towing, together with various boiler types and accessories.

Solid rubber tyres with steel centres and roller bearings, protected from heat and splashes,  lifting points and a well thought out design ensure that this unit is a favourite for anyone involved in site work who needs an easy to use, safe and reliable mobile boiler. These are generally a standard  stock item for rapid delivery. Hand pull or low speed site tow. ( Not for road towing) FITTED WITH OUR SAFETY BITUMEN TAP AS STANDARD

Fast tow site trailer

(this model is not illustrated).

A basic and robust unit with road tyres and a single axle with  heavy duty chassis for site work.   Designed for longer distances on site and also for road use with a light board, although it is not fitted with brakes and thus needs a Land Rover , Transit or similar vehicle for highway use.  A very heavy duty military strength chassis with 3mm plate upperworks and mudguards , massively strong cylinder cage with full protection and security for two 19kg cylinders.  Four big lifting rings for craning onto a transporter make this unit ideal for hard work on a construction site.  We also include a tow eye with safety swivel for site work as standard or an optional 50 mm hitch. This trailer is  fitted with suspension and is generally similar to our road trailers but without brakes. FITTED WITH OUR SAFETY BITUMEN TAP AS STANDARD.

This model is similar in appearance and specification  to the road trailer photographs below but is not fitted with brakes or  light board and has a 'prop-stand'  rather than a jockey wheel.   The unit can be towed on the road by a suitable vehicle with the addition of a light board.  GVW is 700 kgs.

Road going trailer boiler

Available as a long or short chassis version, these trailer boilers are built to last. The boiler is easily detachable for replacement or separate use.   The trailer can accept any FARVIS boiler up to 50 gallons.  It is built to our own unique specification - the bodywork, deck and even the mudguards are made from no-nonsense 3mm steel plate.  This trailer is designed to last and is of military quality to provide long and reliable service. It includes a commercial beam axle and heavy duty tyres and ring hitch.  All components are sourced in the UK for easy spares. Trailer gross weight 700 kgs.  A FARVIS trailer boiler is a piece of construction plant - it is NOT a converted boat trailer!

Front section showing gas cylinder compartment, extinguisher holder and boiler shielding. Gross trailer weight is 700 kgs.   We include light board, brakes, handbrake and rear support legs in the specification. All bodywork is built from 1/8" ( 3mm ) steel plate for safety and strength.

Long chassis version with working platform. 

We offer two versions, one with a short rear deck, bucket stand and safety rail, and  a longer deck version incorporating a full width working platform.  Both are made for site operation with great attention to detail. We supply a complete unit which includes  fully shielded gas cylinder mountings with a quick release door,  light board, screw down adjustable jockey wheel,  rear props, ring or 50mm hitch and an easy to replace bolt on insulated boiler with safety bitumen tap, burner, hose and regulator and boiler lid securing device.  2004 models have an enclosed gas cylinder mounting for 2 x 19 kgs cylinders. All body fittings are designed for commercial vehicle use to make these trailers reliable and able to give years of service.  FITTED WITH OUR SAFETY BITUMEN TAP AS STANDARD.
