STATIC BOILERS
FARVIS bitumen boilers and accessories.
Various burners, gas torches, buckets and spill tray. Armoured gas hose sets , pouring ladle and spill tray. 10 gallon boiler on the left has a tap fitted and is on longer legs. It is in a special spill tray designed to catch the boiler content in the event of a spill - these are available in various sizes. The 25 gallon boiler on the right is in a drip tray and has a selection of burners with it. There is a 0 - 400 oC hand held thermometer on the lid.

25 gallon site trolley / mobile boiler
FARVIS manufacture various types of trolley mounted boiler for site use. This illustration shows a heavy duty version fitted with a special boiler. There are a large number of options, modifications and accessories and we will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements so that the unit you purchase is tailored to your requirements. All options such as oil jackets and thermostats can be fitted to mobile boilers.

FARVIS special build 50 gallon heater ( with optional thermostat )
Our boilers are designed for efficient and safe operation. We have very considerable experience in the manufacture of these highly specialised units and will be glad to provide further details on request. We have a standard range of units up to 50 gallon capacity and build larger units to order. We can offer a controlled heat range with a top temperature from 50 - 300oC using a Propamiser burner control system. Any of these units can be trailer or trolley mounted or fitted with other accessories. A 40 mm tap and special burner are fitted as standard equipment.
Other types and sizes are available and specialist units can be made to order.
HEATER / MIXERS & HAND STIR BOILERS
Can be fitted with a thermostat control system.
( n.b. these are NOT fitted with indirect heating ).
BACKPACK SPRAYER
FARVIS backpack sprayer
For bitumen emulsions and aggressive materials. Built to our own specifications. Includes a special high quality stainless steel tank ( an important safety feature for civil engineering work ), special high flow spray nozzle, viton seals and a brass pump assembly. Easily cleaned out with diesel. Includes spares pack, easy to wear shoulder straps, pressure gauge and heavy duty long life spray pipe. This is an industrial unit made from high quality, safe materials and should not be confused with look-a-like 'garden' type sprayers.

THIS UNIT HAS FULL DESIGN COPYRIGHT
Designed to heat road and tarmac tools, buckets and containers quickly and efficiently using a highly efficient safety burner. Available in static and mobile versions it is also possible to fit an optional sealant or asphalt container for patching work. There is a shielded gas carrier at the front and the heater is well balanced for easy and safe movement. Wheels are protected and we use a specially modified type of easy to clean burner that will not block or blow back. A specially designed tool support grid for increased safety is included in the price.
